Founded by Broward Davis, PLS, Past Chairman of the Florida Board of Land Surveyors, BDA has an extensive experience in all aspects of surveying and mapping.

All work is supervised by Registered Professional Land Surveyors.

BDA also has GPS crews available for high precision control surveys.

BDA has more than 50 active jobs involving condemnation/eminent domain and has provided boundary surveys for mitigation and acquisition purposes for individual projects up to 35,000 acres.

Projects include: resolution of boundary disputes; stakeout, layout, and foundation surveys of building sites up to 700,000 square feet; drainage studies up to 20,000 acres; topographic and boundary services for luxury homes, office subdivisions, and industrial sites; grading plans for building up to 1,000,000 square feet; field location of wetlands and floodplain; as-builts of utility improvements, and feasibility studies for shopping center sites.

BDA has a daily field survey work force of 14 employees, making up 6 survey field crews. Some of these field crews are lead by Registered Professional Land Surveyors. We have in-house equipment and manpower resources to easily expand to additional crews.
